Reflexology is the ancient art of working pressure points on the feet, hands and ears that correspond to different parts of the body.
Is believed to stimulate elimination, improve circulation and support the immune system, it restores the body’s balance, its energy, encourages healing and strengthens the body.
Reflexology aims to remove any blockages and allows Qi to flow through the whole body until a state known as homeostasis occurs; it helps to produce endorphins which, in turn, help reduce pain and stress.

Reiki is a holistic therapy and a wonderful healing system that helps us physically, mentally and spiritually
Reiki has its origins in Japan and was created by Dr Mikao Usui over 100 years ago. The tradition has a beautiful lineage and it is passed on from master to student. The healing art of Reiki works by placing the hands on the patient’s body, and the energy released is directed to any area of the body, or energy centre, that needs clearing or support. Universal Life Force Energy is conscious and will naturally flow where it is most needed, in order to support the body’s natural self-healing ability and balance.
Reiki soothes stressful feelings, relieves pain, shortens recovery time from an injury or an operation, helps feeling balanced, improves sleep and helps the body relax mentally and emotionally.
Normally the physical response experienced during a Reiki treatment is of deep relaxation, a tingling sensation and warm and cool feelings flowing through the body. Recipients may also reach a meditative state and feel like they are floating, sinking or see images, colors and scenarios. In some cases, clients experience the release of suppressed emotions and problems. This is the result of Reiki energy vibrating through the body, balancing energy and stimulating the body’s natural healing process.

My Passion and curiosity for natural therapy occurred accidentally while trying to cure a sport injury that was not leaving me for too long.

In 2001, whilst living in Italy, I had my first encounter with Chinese Reflexology, followed by a craniosacral massage, but I was too young too fully comprehend what had just happened.

I started to learn about Foot & Hand Chinese Reflexology with Devid who introduced me to the ancient traditional medicine of this incredible country.

Everything was stirring in me for a while, but a few years later and till now life brought me around the world discovering the difference of amazing cultures and especially incredible people that taught me a lot and inspired me.

In Doha in 2008 I rediscovered my passion with Kenneth who motivated me a lot but again I was not prepared to welcome this explosion of wellbeing, even if something started to move.

Life is crazy. I met my wife in Qatar, and we moved to Mauritius in 2011 and there, in the middle of the Indian Ocean, a new world opened to me and my life changed for ever….

First, what a surprise, Kenneth was there, therefore we continue our conversation left back in Doha, then he introduced to me Jean Michel Yoga teacher and Reiki Master that became my Guide for the rest of the Mauritian journey and continue until now.

He taught me a lot, he Initiated me to Reiki, he made me discover the real energy of the body with vegan fasting and powerful Yoga sessions.

During those years I felt a massive change in me, physically, mentally and spiritually.

In 2014 Europe called us back to come discover a part of the World that became our home, Geneva and Haute Savoie in my beloved mountains and the incredible lake landscaping.

Whilst I was walking around a medieval village, I entered a small “energetic shop” and with the owner, Brigitte, we started talking about Reiki and at the point I was introduced to her husband, a Reiki Master Joel.

With Joel I too became a Reiki Master and Teacher whilst keeping a deep focus on the western part of reflexology.

My passion for people and different cultures enabled me to cultivate my interest for natural therapies and Sports and how to use them in my daily life, my family and my clients: essential oils, lithotherapy, Yoga, Meditation, CrossFit, Ski, Archery….

My greatest pleasure, though, is being able to share my experiences and to learn from yours.
